This is trending on the BBC news page today. I watched the videos in the article and it is shocking. Her documentary needs to be seen.

Just watched it. Just shocking. The CPS decided not to proceed with the prosecution because 2 seep experts said Jade, the victim, probably had had an episode of sexsomnia. She did some leg work, discovered that a) sexsomnia is very rare and b) most sexsomniacs are men, so it's extremely unlikely this was the case for her. The man concerned was acquitted.

She appealed and the CPS admitted it should have gone before a jury and would probably have got a conviction. But - too late! He was acquitted some time ago.

Jade is a very brave woman to go through all of this so publicly.

Article in The Times about this yesterday www.thetimes.co.uk/article/victim-tells-legal-service-nobody-else-should-suffer-sexsomnia-injustice-tt0nxm57w
absolutely shocking, because she snored and slept deeply they decided she might have sexsomnia and dropped the case.
