Erm, panic stations? What do we do?

This coming from the same government telling you that trans people are the real threat to women’s “sex-based rights”…

and so it starts - erosion of rights til we are reduced to being work commodities.

It's seems to have been deleted to appease countries like Malta because its a multi national statement.

It does not mean we will lose these rights in the UK

Abortion has never been considered a 'human right' anyway so I can't understand what it was doing in the to begin with. I wouldn't worry.

Abortion act 1967.

The abortion act made it LEGAL it didn't make it a HUMAN RIGHT.

Looks like some other countries are also questioning why the changes were made.

It does mean that appeasing Malta is more important than women's needs. And that is very worrying.

Essentially treating women's healthcare as negotiable.

I suspect, cos I read up on some weird and some very sane, explanations, that this is part of the restructuring post Brexit.

We have the Abortion Act. The Human Rights Act is being changed. Is the gap permanent or is it part of ongoing changes?

I wish someone would take time out of their posturing for PM and do the day job for long enough to explain it!
