The absolute worst, thick as a Boxing Day turd, out of his depth and wouldn't have anything at all to say if he wasn't being fed lines by someone at all times. He wanted the top job, backed out once when he realised he'd have to sort out Brexit, left Theresa May to it then swooped in thinking she'd done most of the work and he'd get the easy ride he needs. He's a bloody blundering embarrassment, a self-serving, upper class liability.
