I'm on holiday and I've been using the men's toilets all week.

Currently on a week away in a woke country.
In bars there's usually only 1m 1f toilet, so I've been going in the men's if the ladies is busy. Since we're interchangeable these days apparently. Piss on the floor isn't great, but at least I'm not having to queue.
Would anyone care to guess how the male men have been responding to me doing this?

By "only 1m 1f toilet", do you mean that there are individual fully-enclosed facilities with floor-to-celiling walls and lockable door and their own sinks? If so, it's probably not that big a deal to use the wrong one by mistake or in an emergency, although it would be polite and respectful to use the one designated for your sex.
If the "male men" have said anything to you at all, likely they realise you're a tourist and think you might have made a mistake. Do you speak the local language?
In my home country, the trend is for completely self-enclosed units with sinks which can be used by anyone, but there's a notice on the door directing people to the nearest single-sex facilities for men and for women. There are some people who for religious or hygeine reasons prefer/require single sex even in the individual units. Also there were ongoing issues with spycams in the unisex units, which had been a rare occurrence with single sex.

@AICM
Well not at all really.
- Men and boys like their privacy too. Women/ girls wandering in while they're using urinal is understandably... Very much not wanted.
2. Men don't like it. But it's not the same as males in with women. The dynamic is totally different.
3. Most blokes would just not go into women's. If huge queue for example in pub. Or something. And desperate. Then it's nip outside and find a quiet spot. Use women's? Nope.
4. And anyway if queue for gents then women's would be mind bogglingly long.
5. Given that. If males can use ladies whatever if they like. Fact is that we are safer in the gents. Obv. Gents is where the non creeps are.
6. Guesswork but I am confident. That very very few women get sexual kicks from things like. Listening to men piss. Watching footage of them sitting on the bog. Having a shit. Find the idea of secretly watching them pull down trousers pants to use toilet. So arousing they will go to plenty of effort to see or record it. Very few women is... I mean. Any. Really. In the scheme of things.
Additionally.
In South Korea where spycams in toilets showers is a massive issue. It does happen in gents. Less often. Who puts them there? Clue... Not women.
And. 2 threads in a week like this. Interesting. I used the gents for no reason and it was cool! Really??!
Why?
Leave men alone. They want privacy as well. Don't be an arse. (Taking these at face value... )

If there is only 1 male toilet I don’t imagine there are too many men in there when you are so I can’t imagine there is much of a reaction tbh.

I've been in the gents a handful of times when young and for reasons.
Men hate it. Obv.
Poke nose in. Really sorry we need to use the cubicle. Run in do biz. Out quick with a sorry thanks.
Eyes AVERTED from urinals at all times and done in an obvious way to show. Sorry NOT LOOKING.
And none have ever done anything. Apart from maybe a surprised or irritated glance.
I've been in the ladies (years ago before all this) when men have come in. The ones who were eg sorry sorry. My friend came in ages ago and she's really pissed and I'm worried. Come on in what's her name we'll help you find her.
No probs. Respectful about intrusion for good reason.
Anyone who does into areas that they know are not for them, just because. No! Awful thing to do.

'Why haven't you returned to the thread? Were you just shit stirring?'
Wellllll.. . I wouldn't like to say that. MN doesn't like it.
In general, on other threads I have noticed though-
Thread started in MN in feminism.
OP with pretty ???!!! opening post.
Women come and say. What?
Other posters pop in to tell women they're ... . Always take OP as on the level feminist woman.
To and fro.
OP never comes back....

My guess is that the men have been quietly polite but internally very irritated and just want you to fuck right off?
@NiceGerbil has above written a very erudite post which I think covers it, and I can't better, so I will just add my own, give the men their space you creep!

If its a room with a few urinals in it and a cubicle then I wouldn’t do this (have done it while pregnant…..men in the queue very kindly suggested that i go in ahead of them and dh was there too, and ive been in to find my child)
But if its two individual cubicles one marked gents and one marked ladies then I don’t really see the issue, ive been in plenty of bars and restaurants where both rooms are to be used by either sex
