Women in Quarantine to have access to hotline to report harassment from security guards

I’ve just seen this on the BBC news website Women in hotel quarantine to get harassment reporting line [[https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/stories-58089029 harassment reporting line]]. Why can’t men simply leave women alone?

Read about this on BBC today.
My main question is where the hell are these companies getting their staff from?
Yes sexual harrassment is common but
Male workmates doing it together like that's just totally normal. Not thinking hmm some of the blokes might not be on board I'll keep my perviness to myself
At work??!!! At work after its been in the press??!!
I mean from reading a lot of the stuff is
Really intimidating
Really extreme
Really openly done
Are they checking that men like sexually harrassing women before they hire them?!
Because most men don't behave like this let alone at work.

I asked this on a previous thread about the assaults, as I know a toxic G4S workplace. The answer given was that existing employees recommend their mates for jobs, especially jobs where recruitment can be difficult. It doesn't take long for a workplace to be staffed by men with similar attitudes and (lack of) value systems.
