Very sad news about dawn foster, the journalist, who has died aged 34. I didn’t always agree with her but her writing was always thought provoking and fierce. Rest in power dawn

Yes, I saw this too. I didn't agree with her on certain issues either, but it is very sad that she has died at such a young age. RIP Dawn xxx

Giles Coren is such an inadequate little man. I can only assume that he is utterly filled with self-loathing and uses attention on social media to fill some sort of void. He knows he's only got the career he has due to daddy. But he will continue to be indulged.

He’s a nasty piece of shit. It’s not even true that she trolled him - she pointed out that his success is due to nepotism and privilege and she’s totally right on that. Even for him, that is beyond low.

He’s vile! And a real misogynist. I feel very sorry for his wife. Didn’t she write something a while ago about how he made her be a stay at home mum when she didn’t want to be and she got very depressed?

Victoria Coren always seems really nice compared to him - please tell me she’s not like her ghastly brother!

I knew nothing about Giles Coren, except that he was one of these nobodies who get top jobs through nepotism. I think even less of him now. Dawn Foster, on the other hand, is sadly missed. As are British media standards.
