Does anyone else go for weeks feeling ok then suddenly have a 'flip' and go through a few days of feeling awful? I have been feeling better than I have for a while then suddenly becuase of something silly I feel I have slumped right back down again. Wouldnt mind but I have had a nice day and been to a good friends for tea where I felt fine. Now I am home alone (not including dd) and I feel like I want to cry, scream and shout.

and now got a letter from council tax, showing they still have him down as being on JSA(which he never got anyway and had to do without for 6 months)

so after a lovely call, found out we owe them £100's

TiredBunny · 29/03/2005 15:11

They are a pile of pants arent they.... the whjole benefit system..... i get nearly nothing and it stinks. Has taken me 2 years to convince them I owe them 1000!!!!

actualisedad · 30/03/2005 20:02

I'm sorry you've had a birthday, Evesmama. [oops - I keep typing sda - need dyslexic emoticon]

I used to find my birthdays really hard when I was depressed (early teens to early twenties)...

DaftKid · 30/03/2005 20:12
