Hmm better? No. Just nothing. which is fuck all.

Which is actually much more shit really. So you never sleep. Now. and that is torture but.

At some point you will. And then you will see your child loving you and admiring you and proudly showing you his first drawing and then later nervously showing your his report from school. And you'll be there.

And you'll love it. Everything single bit of it.

And you'll live and go out and have friends and samile and laugh.
But only if you stick it out. I reckon it is worth it.

NOPE YOU DON'T FAIL.

oops sorry caps.

People who keep going are never failures. So you find parenting hard at the moment. And yet you keep getting up and you keep going. Nope not a failure.

So your social life is crap, aside from the dozens of mates you have here of course!

Nope still not a failure.

thumbwitch · 28/08/2008 02:37

but that's a good thing to fail at pet, and you are not failing at being a mum - you are doing really well, honestly!
You care for j
you love him
you feed him
you play with him
you let him play with your hair
you smile at him
you want the best for him
That's all good!

The only way you could fail j now is to be successful in that other area - so please don't attempt it again, he needs you now and he will always love you for being you and for loving and caring for him, despite it being so tough.

You're right though, you do need sleep. I don't know the ins and outs of your meds but can you get things to help you sleep or is it too risky?

((((((((((((hugs)))))))))))) to you both - I have to go now cos DS has woken for a feed (ah well, nice try with the calpol) but will be here in the morning to check on you.
