Waiting in A&E 136 suite feeling very alone (TW)

I’m in a 136 suite, I think that’s what it is. And could do with some company.

made a half hearted attempt a few hours ago, more just needing things to stop/a break from the world.

rang 999, got made to drink a glass of some black chalky stuff that’s stained everything in sight,

and now sitting in a room in A&E with a very uncomfortable seat and a cup of tea/tuna sandwich, and a nurse watching me. If they close the door they have a window they can see me through.

i haven’t told anyone what’s happened and wishing i had or could. Dunno what to do. They said someone from psych hospital will come and speak to me and see where we go from here but said that could be hours yet. I just want to go home now, I don’t know what I was expecting to happen.

Next door keeps screaming that he was ‘only defending himself (I’m) and not fucking nuts’. God knows what he’s done.

I’ve never done this before. Feel totally shit.

How are you doing @emanresuchange

You've got so much going on in your life, you must be exhausted. I understand the logic of it all wanting to just stop and have some peace.

Home safe about an hour ago. Psych liaison were lovely, so so so kind, sat with me for ages. I’m on weekly meds for a bit, and will need to see CPN 2-3 x a week for a bit. They rang a relative (not my aunty) who was apparently extremely supportive and kind, and she’s phoning me tomorrow.

Got home; got a cold shower and had a McDonald’s and now away to bed.

I wish they’d warned that activated charcoal is somewhat alarming 12 hours later 😬🤣🤣

Glad you're home. Please say you are going to take time off work?

Just looking in on you. You sound such a lovely person but it's so hard trying to keep everything going the way you have. No wonder you are exhausted and feeling overwhelmed.
I'm so glad that you are on the radar now health wise. Take every bit of support you can and make sure that you rest up. Keep posting here if it helps. Time to take care of yourself, be sure that you do. X
