Please help I need talking down. I'm feeling so lonely. When I was younger and feeling like this I'd self harm or go for a walk - night walks were the best. I can do neither now but feeling horrible and getting to the hysterical stage. I want to cry my eyes out but that feels worse but can't stop them. Please tell me a story or your day or anything.

Afternoon @LittleMissPetty I hope the doctors goes ok,

DD let me have a 6 hour chunk which is good, She's nearly 6 months and teething so sleep has gone to pot a bit.

Hi Secret and Bexter

I'm sorry for the late reply; it's been a bit of a full on couple of days. Work on Monday was terrible - I burst into tears in front of the HR woman because she did that head tilt "are you ok" thing Blush

The doctor was lovely and I'm back on Sertraline. At the moment my moods are so unpredictable - this morning I could have easily walked in front of a bus yet this afternoon I was ridiculously high many people at work were commenting.

College was ok on Monday as we don't know each other well so luckily I want getting asked " are you ok" every five mins so it felt normal. Then a very kind friend came over on the evening which was lovely.

Thank you everyone for keeping me grounded on Sunday. The attacks are horrible when they come and I don't know how I could have gotten through it without you lovely ladies Flowers Flowers

Glad to hear you have a lovely friend IRL. Been thinking of you Thanks

LittleMissPetty · 26/04/2018 05:28

Thanks eww. He's not really someone I would call if feeling low but mentioned I wasn't feeling the best so he came over and kept me company.

What did you discuss with GP? Did you tell them you go from extreme highs to lows? It might be worth looking into bipolar disorder.

Bexter801 · 26/04/2018 11:33

Was he good company op? Like would you consider him a friend. How are you feeling today?
