Is it still beneficial to take these as multi vitamins? The packaging says fertility support but I’m fasting/ eating healthily. Still worth taking? Pics attached

I think multivitamins are even more of a scam than most supplements - getting a varied, healthy diet with lots of fruit and veg is a cheaper, tastier and more effective way of getting what you need for most people. It seems pretty consistent that the studies done on dietary sources fail to show the same effect with artificial supplements.

If you know or have reason to suspect you're lacking in a specific micronutrient that you can't get from your diet, a targeted supplement is better than a multivitamin that probably won't give you enough of what you need while giving you loads of stuff you don't need.

I think the main differences between fertility supplements and non-fertility ones are a) the inflated price tag and b) that they contain beta-carotene as a vitamin A precursor rather than vitamin A itself which can cause foetal abnormalities if the woman taking them falls pregnant.
