I have been intermittent fasting for 2 weeks and it's gone well, I've lost 3lbs. Need to lose a stone more to get to my healthy BMI.
However I am now in the depths of PMT.
I think I need to eat a bit more regularly for 3-4 days.
Is this going to wreck my progress? Anyone else fine fasting more challenging during pmt week? I will make healthy choices, I just can't see myself fasting.
