Fasting and PMT

I have been intermittent fasting for 2 weeks and it's gone well, I've lost 3lbs. Need to lose a stone more to get to my healthy BMI.

However I am now in the depths of PMT.
I think I need to eat a bit more regularly for 3-4 days.

Is this going to wreck my progress? Anyone else fine fasting more challenging during pmt week? I will make healthy choices, I just can't see myself fasting.

I have the same struggle. I find I cannot fast for at least 5 days a month. On these days, I stay away from the scales and eat what my body needs. Try to avoid binging.

Then as soon as you feel like you can, start fasting again. Your weight will be higher these few days, it is anyway when you have your period. As long as you continue where you left off, it won’t ruin your progress.
