What is your favourite everyday menu for gentle weight loss??

Me? I realise I seem to never get bored of this, so if its just DH and me, its what I do... eaten in an 8 hour window, I seem to lose about a pound a week, although I do occasionally eat less in a shorter window if it's not budging.... I've just 7lbs to go.

2 fried eggs (minimal butter), glass of gazpacho, left over cold veg (eg leeks, green beans)
Half a square of 90% chocolate, 2 walnut halves, 2 almonds

some protein - such as liver, fish, chicken
plus vegetables or a big green salad, a tablespoon of olive oil , some sauerkraut
Some berries - either fresh or defrosted - sometimes with kefir

Snacks if needed - bowl of cherry tomatoes always out, half a square dark choc, mug of homemade veg soup if we have some

6.00 - eaten with husband (other meals solo)
some protein and veggies eg tonight sardine tomato caper mix (Sicilian pasta sauce and delicious) with lots of thin sliced cabbage
