I'm doing 16:8 which is very slow but I suppose it's still early days. I get very dispirited when I look on some threads on FB where people are losing 5lb a week (I know, not sustainable and probably water loss).
That's not the question here though. I use the Simple App but once my 3 month trial runs out I'm not sure if I'm going to renew it.
Does anyone use a really good app, free would be good but a reasonable price also not out of the question. I like that Simple tells me what stage I'm at and that it sends notifications at various times of the day (eg, nearly there, keep going).
I know I could just set a timer myself but I need the accountability of an app.
