Planning to start over the summer holidays and wondered if anyone can recommend any of them.

I love my food/cooking and want to avoid getting bored!

TIA.

I was just coming on here to ask the same. I never realized Vinted had books, going to check there now!

If you want to try some of the recipes you can have a free trial of the fast 800 app for a week.

Thanks all.

I opted for the ‘Easy’ book which arrived today and looks good.

I’ve never though of Vinted for books, but often use World of Books.

I started Fast 800 yesterday and wondered how others are getting on.

I had an almighty headache when I woke up this morning so I've upped my water today.

I'm not sure if I'm having enough protein in my 800 calories. MFP says 55g for today. How are others getting enough protein?

I started this week too! I did the original 5:2 years ago and got good weight loss but didn't really address any bad eating habits so thought I'd try Fast 800.

I was ridiculously hungry on Monday and got a headache in the evening but yesterday was much better. I'm not tracking protein but doing very protein-rich meals, so I had grilled chicken and lentils for lunch yesterday. I'm doing 2 400 ish calorie meals a day - lunch and dinner - as I'm already used to a shorter eating window.

Thanks @SatinHeart

I haven’t felt that hungry, which is what I was most worried about. I could try adding some lentils to my meals to see if that helps, great tip.

Sorry that you had a headache too. I don’t have one today, thankfully but my sleep was quite disturbed. Hopefully tonight and tomorrow will be better.
