Just approaching 34 hours of a 36 hour fast but not feeling remotely hungry! Wondering if I should keep on fasting until I get hungry again? Have previously done lots of 24 hour fasts and almost always get hungry at 20/21 hours in! But this has gone.
Got a personal best running a mile last night too, just can't believe how good I feel on it!
What would anyone recommend I break my fast with? Usually I go dates with nuts but worried these are too sugary.
