16:8 when pre-menstrual

I just can’t do it! It’s like as soon as I have that post ovulation dip I’m ravenous all the time.

rest of the month I can happily do 16:8.

anyone else have this and how do you manage it? Should I give up fasting altogether for half the month or shorten the window? I feel so fat and gross right now even though I know it’s only temporary…

You should read fast like a girl.

It is based on how to fast around your hormones and she recommends not fasting for the 10 days before your period

Thank you - I’ve tried dropping from 16:8 to 14:10 which is doable. If I’m super hungry though I let myself break it.
just mental how noticeable it is!

I was looking for answers to this. I do at least 16:8 including the week before my period but I keep reading conflicting advice about whether you should fast that week or not.
