Hi, I'm looking for advice, and success stories, over the past few years I have put on a lot of weight, many reasons, having babies, covid, emotional eating, stress. I have tried 5:2 in the past and been fairly successful, but in the last while I just haven't had the motivation. I am now up to nearly 15 stone, and I feel it, I feel heavy, old, I am 44. I am not happy with what I see in the mirror, and I'm choosing styles that are comfortable and fit rather than what I would like to wear. I would be happy at 12 stone, so it's not a huge amount of weight to lose, but I feel I have let myself go so much, I'm not sure I can claw my way back. Please tell me your success stories, timelines and any I'd really appreciate any advice. Thank you 😘
