Sp I have about 2stones- 14kg to loose to be at my ideal weight. 1 stone so 7kg to be what I consider OK- comfortable in my clothes.
what I will be doing as it’s what’s worked for me previously:
- lots of fruit and veg
- 1 proper meal a day at lunchtime, eat light in the evening
- cycle every morning mon-fr for 2min, in the morning before eating
- 3x a week HIIT
- lots of water
- drink tea in the evenings
i have lots of belly fat to loose so cutting on chocolate and ice cream! This is my weakness..
