Any success stories for losing 1.5 stone?

How much could I expect to lose in 8 weeks if I do 16:8? I'm already talking myself out of it. Hubby said it will ruin my metabolism. I find I rebel on calorie counting so hoping this might keep me in check. Healthy lunch and dinner with the odd bit of fruit and rich tea biscuit

It will depend on the number of calories you eat during your eating window. Fasting is a way of naturally reducing calorie intake by reducing the amount of time you have to eat them. You still need to be calorie deficient. Fasting just take away you needing to use the kitchen scale to measure your food.

I lost 1.5 stone in 3 months doing a combination of 16:8 and cutting out all upf. The latter made more of a difference and I also occasionally (every 2 weeks or so) do one meal a day which really helps when I plateau.
