Has anyone done the online prog?

I've got about 2 stone to lose and I just can't seem to start a diet. I start then give it up after a few days so I thought it might help motivate me to stick with it

Did it help you? Was it worth it? Did it help you keep to it?

Anyone?

I'm having some success with The Last Diet (it's a book).

sunsoutagain · 18/05/2023 21:30

@Peae what's the last diet?

Peae · 19/05/2023 22:36

It’s a book.

Hi - yes I have access to the online programme. It was great when I first started and you can swap out recipes. It does make it all a bit easier - no calorie counting just follow the plan.

Thank @Peae that tells me a lot

sunsoutagain · 20/05/2023 09:14

@chalkyc2 thank you have you been able to sustain it and have you kept doing it?

chalkyc2 · 20/05/2023 12:34

Hi - so yes I did a full 12 weeks and another 3/4 months a couple of years ago and was successful. Then had a few health issues, but am now back on it into my fifth week. I find it is a diet you have to meal plan - and that's not in my nature (!) so I find it helpful. As I said I do (and it is possible to) swap things out and save 'favourites'. I think when I signed up there was a free trial.
