Fasting / 5:2 diet

help and meals under 500 calories please :

don't really understand what the 5:2 means but i am of fasting and doing 1000 calories one day and 500 the next

will this work?

does anyone have anywhere i could like for lactose free under 500 calorie meals please ..

please help im 48 my metabolism has clearly slowed im not great at cooking so eat shit food ..

I cannot do the full 5/2 as the fasting from lunch through to breakfast is too hard. Though I have in the past, dropped from 99 kg to 80kg.

Instead I eat a very restricted 3 suppers each week. Sun, Tues and Thurs.

Typically these consist of
raw salad, with no dressing, and three oat cakes with some vegan spread
or
Steamed veg and a couple of vegan balls ( think Gosh type) again no dressing

Strictly no booze on these evenings.

I am slowly loosing weight, about 250g per week.

I am at an ideal weight but would like to loose a bit of chub

I also do a 30/40 min walk every evening

Aged 67

good luck, do stick at it as you do feel better lighter
