OK I'm looking into the fast 800 diet BUT I can't afford the book right now. I'm trying to find info online but I have questions.
- I feel like i could stick to 800 cals BUT I'm really not interested in keto...I'm vegetarian so it'd be difficult to achieve anyway and I just don't think it'd be practical trying to be carb free. I know this is recommended though...but could I just do 800 cals and eat normally? Not junk, but normal meals?
I was wondering if I could fast till dinner then have dinner with the family just a smaller portion? 🤔
- I read something about being allowed non starchy veg for "free" without counting calories...is that right?
