Im 52 and getting married in 5 months with about 3 months before my first dress fitting and have 17 lbs to shift .
Whatever I've tried since being on HRT hasn't worked except calorie restriction. However I've always been a huge fan of good fats etc and won't buy in any low calorie anything . Along with that and a lot of people telling me low carb and high protein is the way to drop weight during menopause the Fast 800 Keto recipes are perfect !
Yesterday I managed 88 G protein amd 20 Carbs.
So I'm planning on following it Mon to Friday amd will continue with it Sat amd Sun but will allow myself my red wine too/ odd meal out / treats ect at the weekend .
Also trying to get fit with a health condition it's hard but starting with walking 30 mins a day .... our dog is so happy x
I started the diet on Sat amd have already lost 5 lbs !! Feel like with all the water I've drink I've just peed out my weight loss .
