Any ideas please.
I can do 16:8 but tend to eat what I want in that window .
Any suggestions as to how to do this by giving myself an initial boost.
I love all bran each day and soup and a huge dinner but lately I've been absolutely blowing up regardless of what I do.
Not great with water.. too good with tea and coffee. All but gave up alcohol so thought id find it easy to lose but it's gone the other way!
