Today it is 12 weeks until Christmas!🎄
I have tried all the main diets but have had trouble sticking to them properly beyond 2-3 weeks, I am training to be a coach and know how mindset/motivation and accountability can be the magic key! I love the Fast 800 / 5:2 so decided to set up a little buddy group as I want to finally crack this post-having kids weight loss thing, and not enter another year wishing I had lost the weight I put on since becoming a mum - the kids are in school now so ‘baby weight’ is definitely no longer a plausible excuse for me🫢
So if anyone is in the same ‘place’ and wants to do Dr Mosley’s Fast 800 or 5:2 in the lead up to Christmas I would love you to join me on this thread or / & the FB group here :
