At the start of this year I decided something needed to change and at 69 I knew it was my mindset SO I started Stepping in my Lounge and doing 16/8 Fasting which I'm kinda addicted to now, happily have lost over a Stone, I needed something I would stick with and thankfully I have I've found it 😉 I didn't want to attend a Gym or take up running, anyways my boobs would have probably knocked out 🤣 Also a Calorie deficit is really helpful, once you know how many you should be having a day you then just eat less EASY PEASY!
