Hi everyone, I'm new here 
I'm a few weeks into doing 16:8 and it's going well. Fits into my lifestyle and feels satisfying and non-restrictive. I'll either skip breakfast or eat with the kids at 5.
I've learned that I need to break my fast with a filling, high protein meal to feel properly full until my second meal and avoid snacking through the day... I don't eat much meat though, just chicken and occasionally fish. So, if you can share any simple meals / recipes you like to break your fast with, that would be great!
I'll start with an improvised concoction from yesterday, leftover chana masala (chickpea curry) on a warmed flatbread with a dollop of fat free yoghurt and a poached egg on top.
