Hi everyone,
My weight has been creeping up over the last year so I need to do something about it as it’s getting me down and most of my clothes don’t fit 
I’m going to make a start on 16:8 and fasting from Monday so I’ll use the weekend to get organised.
Id love to hear some easy, go to lunches/meals that people make just to make it easier for prep and calorie counting in the first few weeks. I’ll be aiming for 800 cals and under.
