Looking into starting the 5:2, on the 500 cal days do people tend to have the 500 all in one meal and fast for the rest of the day? Or split it into two or three small meals throughout the day? And what do people count the calories on? I used to have my fitness pal but I believe you have to pay for it now...
Is anyone able to give examples of a 500cal (vegetarian) meal just to give me an idea where to start? 🙈 thank you!
