I never eat microwave meals. However, I want to kick start the Fast800 and I do not have time for meal prep or cooking. I think that if I can do this for 2 weeks in an easy to sustain way, I am then way more likely to start getting myself organised for it.
It's either that, or literally eat the same thing every day for a week. I genuinely don't mind that as a short-term measure.
I am at a point where the important thing is to get started AND get passed the first 2 weeks.
Are there any M&S meals that I could stock up on, or some easy to put together meals so that there's hardly any thought put into it and, more importantly, hardly any time spent in the kitchen?
I have 1.5st to lose and I am 50, which makes things incredibly hard.
