Please give me some typical meal plans that you follow! I'd like to get back in to trying it but struggling with what to eat and timings.
I work long hours so thinking of trying to aim for 16:8 and aiming for 12:30- 8:30pm eating window. Will probably take me a week or 2 to get to eating at 12:30.
Specifically keen to know lunch ideas, especially on the go ones.
