I think I might try to combine the fast 800 with some fast days. Anyone do that on here?

@Loubilou09 sorry for the radio silence. Work.hectic been off line. I'm doing OK thank you. I think I'm on day 3 lost count.

I'm having a very stressful day today and I want to eat.... But so far managed to stay on track just 🥲

Been to the work cafeteria which is a precarious place to be. Managed to stick to chicken only. I couldn't face my pack lunch of tuna and roasted veg.

How are you getting on?
