Fasting / 5:2 diet

30 day Fast800 starting tomorrow!any advice?

After a difficult year I Have 3 stone to lose , have done 5:2 previously years ago to good success. Though feel so sluggish and bloated with belly fat that I feel I need something really strict to get me started so decided to do 30 day fast 800 to try and reset myself and find som willpower ! Any advice or tips? Thinking no breakfast. Salads, low fat / fat free yogurt, soups, roasted Veg etc. Wish me luck!!

Good luck! I started yesterday. Going to try to do 14 days initially then decide if I want to carry on.
I lost 3 stone last year but 1.5 of it has crept back on and I need to sort it out. This is what I had yesterday:

B: full fat Greek yoghurt, strawberries, flaked almonds
L: 2 eggs, fried spinach, smoked salmon, lettuce with low carb dressing
D: poached salmon, steamed spinach, lettuce, low carb dressing.

I didn’t feel hungry but did feel a bit spaced out. Today I have had yoghurt, blueberries and nuts and planning on having a frittata with feta and green beans for lunch and dinner. Hoping to go into ketosis soon.
