After a difficult year I Have 3 stone to lose , have done 5:2 previously years ago to good success. Though feel so sluggish and bloated with belly fat that I feel I need something really strict to get me started so decided to do 30 day fast 800 to try and reset myself and find som willpower ! Any advice or tips? Thinking no breakfast. Salads, low fat / fat free yogurt, soups, roasted Veg etc. Wish me luck!!
