Do you have any easy very low calorie meals you make for yourself? Packed lunch and dinner form?
I eat a banana for breakfast, small salad for lunch and will usually have a dinner like a roast, a stir fry or quiche and veg - still feel like I’m not dropping any weight - any reccomdations or pictures?

I’ve got the fast 800 recipe book and that’s got loads of really good recipes and suggestions for meal plans including on the go lunches

I usually have something egg based for lunch - omelette, boiled eggs or frittata and then for tea either soup or if very hungry baked salmon / chicken with lots of veg - no carbs at all

I'm having tuna mayo salad, chorizo & cheese or nuts, and chicken and veg soup most days. I weigh and measure everything and don't usually go over 650c per day.

I often make a big bean and veg chilli with whatever's in the fridge but usually including kidney beans, butternut squash, peppers, courgette, mushrooms etc. I simmer onion and garlic in a little bit of stock rather than frying to keep calories even lower. I then portion it up and freeze several portions, it comes in under 200 calories for a decent sized bowlful and is tasty!

Thanks all

Try to avoid simple carbohydrates in the evening ie the pastry in a quiche, the potatoes with a roast etc. Add more complex carbs such a green leaf vegetables, butternut squash etc and protein.

I personally need a larger breakfast than a banana, ie eggs and veggies
