Hi everyone, I've been doing 16:8 a minimum of 4 days a week now for around a few months now, in total I have lost 1 stone 4lbs which is great👍🏼
However, now for the last few weeks I've just seemed to hit a plateau 🤦🏻‍♀️😫 my weight just isn't going down I'm just constantly maintaining and I'm getting a bit fed up really because I've finally found something that I enjoy.. so I just wondered really if this happened to anyone else and if there is anything I can do to overcome it please? I literally only drink water/black coffee during fasting hours so it's as clean as I can make it.. thank you 😊

If I were you I would try doing it six days a week with only one day off.
I’m doing this and it’s working, but I had my first evening off yesterday (late working and a takeaway) and it feels like I’ve continued the eating of crap into today too!

I've been doing it now almost 4 weeks and I love it. Its helped me curb my terrible binge eating at night which has been ruining my life for a long time. I lost weight in the first 10 or so days. Since I've just maintained which isn't the end if the world, but is definitely frustrating. Especially as I was binging thousands of calories every night before starting it. So im defo eating less. I have around 6lb to go but have literally stayed at 9 stone 6 now for the last few weeks and not moved at all.
I'm doing it every day. I do find it abit harder at the weekends in the mornings as I dont have work to occupy me but otherwise I hasn't bothered me doing it all the time. However I do feel I need to relax it a little and give myself a break.

But as for these final 6lbs, well I've no idea why I'm stuck here
