Hi everyone, I've been doing 16:8 a minimum of 4 days a week now for around a few months now, in total I have lost 1 stone 4lbs which is great👍🏼
However, now for the last few weeks I've just seemed to hit a plateau 🤦🏻♀️😫 my weight just isn't going down I'm just constantly maintaining and I'm getting a bit fed up really because I've finally found something that I enjoy.. so I just wondered really if this happened to anyone else and if there is anything I can do to overcome it please? I literally only drink water/black coffee during fasting hours so it's as clean as I can make it.. thank you 😊
