  1. I get different answers to this online.....how many calories should I eat on a fast day. I’m female.
  1. Is it better to do your fast days consecutively?
  1. On non-fast days, can you just eat normally or should you still calorie count?

Thanks bonfireheart

Do I need my non-fast days calories calculated or is it just the standard 2000 for a female?

Find out your TDEE I'd say. If 2000 calories is more than that you'll either maintain or put on weight or lose weight extremely slowly, which can be sole destroying.
