Hi everyone, I've just started doing 16:8 and I'm liking it a lot so far.. the only thing I'm hating is not being able to have my morning coffee! (I don't like black coffee🙈) so I've just been drinking lots of water and green tea on a morning until I can break my fast..
I've got some 'zero cal' vanilla coffee creamer from the skinny food co. And was wondering if I could put a tiny bit of that in my coffee on a morning? I daren't risk it as I don't want to jeopardise my weight loss! I was wondering if anyone has done anything similar and still lost weight?
