We don't have breakfast and we're vegetarian so our plan for the week might not suit you but here it is;
Lunches
Cheese & onion omlette with half a bag of salad (40g cheese, half onion, 2 eggs, TSP oil) X2
Garlic mushrooms with half bag salad (125g mushrooms, 15g butter, 2 cloves garlic, 100g cream cheese)
Pepper & butternut squash soup X2
Beans on toast (from book, 150g Passata, half onion, half tbsp oil, paprika and chili, 120g cannellini beans)
On Sunday we have a roast dinner but it's the only thing we have all day, so it's of veg, some potatoes, lentil roast.
Dinners
Quorn sausages, cauliflower mash & cabbage
Ratatouille & Halloumi bake with broccoli
Quorn korma with cauliflower rice
Cashew & butternut squash curry with cauliflower rice
Egg fried cauliflower rice made with carrots, broccoli, onion and 1 egg per person.
Cauliflower pizza & coleslaw.
I have some chocolate and pear cake in freezer if I want a sweet treat and the weekend and babybel and berries to help with any need to snack on the week.
