Fast 800 - laxatives

Sorry, am sure this has been asked many times but I'm heading into beginning of W3 of Fast 800, have lost 4kg which is great but my bowels have ground to a halt. I've tried to keep veg intake high, spinach, cabbage, green beans, cauliflower etc and some beans and lentils. Had red lentil dahl for dinner last night and ratatouille this evening in an effort to up pulse and veg intake.
Have also added psyllium husk capsules in last couple of days (2 yesterday and 4 today).
Am drinking between 2-3 litres water a day plus some black tea and a couple of coffees with milk. Nothing is having much effect (except the day I took a couple of bisacodyl).
Please help!

The thing that generally works best for me is yoga for digestion/constipation... sounds crazy but it does work! I generally do the 10 minute videos on YouTube and next day I’m all good!

Lake I have the same issue 😶. One of the things which works for me is raw garlic! I use a raw garlic in a yoghurt dressing for salads, chicken tikka etc.

Thanks, I'll keep going with all of the above plus yoga and garlic! 🤞

All of the above plus 2 bisacodyl at bedtime - nada ☹️

I'd go for a run but it's so icy out there would probably break my neck. Drinking hot water and lemon and will fast until I see some action
