I’ve seen a few mentions of fasting apps. Does anyone have recommendations? Preferably free!

The most popular is called Zero.
I have the paid version but for quite a while I used the free one before upgrading.

What are the benefits of a paid version ?

Kaiken · 03/01/2021 06:37

Mostly all the science and info. The timer has more features with details of every phase you are into so it pushes you to increase the time.
I was free for a couple of years then I received an offer and I joined mostly out of curiosity .
I am also a paid member of the Peter Attia podcast.

Thanks for your reply !

I will try out the paid version.

Fastient is a cool app that can become your own fasting coach and will help you grow a strong practice.

I know this has low traffic but thank you for your recommendation Linda. I’m off to download it. There’s something about an app that keeps you on track
