Wondering about any of your experiences of this. I'm naturally slender but now, post lockdown, weigh in at 64.4 kilos and would like to be closer to 57, what I usually am at my slimmest. Height is 167cm, age 42.
So Mondays to Fridays I am doing 16/8 but probably it works out as 18/6 by the time I reach lunchtime. Been doing it for two weeks and lost a kilo - started at 65.6 kilos.
- Does that weightloss seem ok? Will it continue?
- At the weekends I have to repent because I enjoy lazy breakfasts with my family. But this weekend I've had nausea and headaches - do you think it's the change in eating routine?
Other info:
I probably eat about 1500 calories in my eating window, tops. I'm active, walk the dog a lot but don't jog or run or do cardio and I'm not very interested in starting it.
Wondered what your experiences were of this fasting.
