Bit confused about protein

Where I've found info, it says approx 1.5g of protein for each kilogram of body weight. However, I'm currently on the 800 kcal blood sugar diet and weigh 86kg.
I am finding it hard to eat enough protein within the limit and still eat enough veg and fat.
Help!!! Confused

Does anyone know if the facts are correct?

You need half of that, 0.75 gr per kilo not 1.5 gr.
After 65 years of age you need more.

I use cronometer.com to keep all the nutrition in check.
Nutritional yeast will give a big boost in protein and fibre if needed

Have a google of Ted Naiman and protein requirements. He believes we should fill up with adequate protein first then back fill with fat then carbs. He’s very active on Twitter if you’re on it.
