Heartburn while fasting

Just that really, doing BSD and have started getting really bad heartburn during my fasting window & in the mornings. Anyone else suffer from this? So annoying when I'm trying to keep my fast 😠

Hi,I sometimes get heartburn too. Which I always think is strange as I haven't eaten anything to cause it 🤷‍♀️

Exactly bingowin same as that 🤔 I did google it and it said that smells of food can trigger acid in the stomach because it's waiting for food??? Don't know how legitimate that claim is!!! I get it really bad after exercising too...strange one
