BSD 3 day blast??

I'm thinking of trying a mini reset as I feel crap after week off work and booze and bread. Bleurgh. Was thinking of 3 days blasting it at 800 calories. Is that even going to do anything? I'm non meat eating but thinking I'd do eggs/ salad with bit of cheese and maybe veg/ lentils for dinner.
Anyone got a nice 3 day menu to share without meat? Or if I'm being stupid and I need to commit to longer - will go back on it after weekend away , I'm not daft enough to think 3 days off bread will fix me

It depends on what your objective is. To feel better or to lose weight?

The trouble with trying to cruise in and out of low carb is youre not giving your body a chance to fat adapt and stay fat adapted. So the three day Keto flu is a possibility and that won’t make you feel much better. If you were thinking of doing it to drop a few pounds then maybe.

To drop a couple of pounds ideally and lose the bloated feeling Maybe I'll just wait until after weekend and do it properly next week
