I'm thinking of trying a mini reset as I feel crap after week off work and booze and bread. Bleurgh. Was thinking of 3 days blasting it at 800 calories. Is that even going to do anything? I'm non meat eating but thinking I'd do eggs/ salad with bit of cheese and maybe veg/ lentils for dinner.
Anyone got a nice 3 day menu to share without meat? Or if I'm being stupid and I need to commit to longer - will go back on it after weekend away , I'm not daft enough to think 3 days off bread will fix me
