I think there’s a few of us who have done/doing 5:2; 16:8, IF, low carb, fast800, BSD and derivatives of who have lost the weight or very close but now need to keep it off. I’ve found the fast800/BSD thread hugely supportive and hope a similar thing could be achieved with this.
Thrash out what works for us and what doesn’t & generally keep us going.
I’m hoping to keep it off by not calorie counting but keeping it low carb and eating window 12-8pm.
Anyone else?
