Fasting / 5:2 diet

5:2 or 16:8 - for those who have tried both

Which did you find easier/ more effective (for weight loss and feeling generally better)? I have tried both in the past, probably 16:8 was easier, but 5:2 more effective in the short term. I do love my breakfasts! For long term benefits, which do you think is more effective, or is it a case of which ever you find easier?

I’m really interested in doing one of these just now. They both seem doable though.

Dh did the 16:8 previously and it worked for him .
