16-8 timing question

I've just started 16-8, and it's going very well. I eat brunch at 11.30, and aim to finish dinner by 7.30.

Unfortunately, a couple of days each week my evening meal runs late, so my fast on those days is nearer 15 hours than 16 hours.

Does this matter? It would be awkward to eat brunch any later than 11.30, and I hate to disrupt dinner by insisting on stopping eating at 7.30.

Sorry if this question has been covered elsewhere. Any thoughts?

Can't you just not brunch and have your lunch an hour later?
When it comes to the physiology of fasting, the longer , the better, from the app I use www.zerofasting.com/the-physiology-of-fasting/

Have your read Fast 5 from Bert Herring? You can download it for free here shop.bertherring.com/collections/free-digital-downloads/products/the-fast-5-diet-and-the-fast-5-lifestyle-ebook?variant=26575477889 just select I can't pay for the free version.

Whenever I notice my jeans are tighter or that a zip on a dress doesn't close that easily, I do 19-5 or even 22-2 . For me it is easier to eat in the morning, 9 ish and then after an early lunch , I don't eat anymore. The hardest part of a fast are the last hours, but I am sleeping during those. Not having dinner doesn't;t bother me at all.

Can you skip the brunch and start at lunchtime? I do 1pm - 9pm and only have two meals, plus an afternoon snack.
