So day one of fasting I'm just wondering if it's acceptable to have a little milk in my tea? I've read somewhere it was then others it is not.
Any insight please?

If it’s within your 8 hour window then yes, if outside then technically no. However I always had a coffee with a bit of milk each morning when I did this (wouldn’t have functioned otherwise) and it seemed to be fine, but I was never eating ‘whatever I wanted’ in the 8 hour window either

I think it’s one of those where it’s better not to and your body perhaps won’t be in true fasting mode if you do, but a lot of us get away with a splash of milk and still see benefits.
