Intermittent fasting Vegan (WFPB)

Just wondering if there re any vegans doing IF and how is it working for you. I have naturally fasted 16:8 since becoming vegan 8 years ago and in that time lost a lot of weight doing WFPB. But I put on 44lbs over the last couple of years, blaming all the delicious new vegan foods in supermarkets that were never around before so attempting to lose that now using 18:6 window eating 800 calories a day. Any other vegans doing this or would like to join me?

I'm not vegan but I am trying very hard to be dairy free and reducing my meat consumption. I'm finding it very difficult to reduce calories and to fast to be honest because the protein sources tend to be high carb also and the carbs make fasting very difficult. I am struggling up get enough fat into my diet as well and resorted to adding olive oil to smoothies to increase good fats. I'd be really interested for your tips as I'm really struggling to incorporate both the low carb and the vegan elements.
